The submission process

Step one

Sent the abstract by email to: conference.tererd@gmail.com beginning with 01 October 2022 and until 30 November 2022.

The Abstracts should:
• be written in English; not exceed 300 words;
• be edited using TNR font, 12, single spacing;
• include: full title, names of author(s) and their affiliation, contact of main author.

Step two

Submit a paper at https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/TERERD2023, in .doc or .docx file format using the TEMPLATE, beginning with 15 December 2022and until 15 March 2023. 

IEEE policy requires that all accepted papers must be checked for plagiarism. This will be accomplished through the IEEE CrossCheck Portal if the copyright is owned by IEEE. As a reminder, all authors of accepted papers must transfer copyright to IEEE by utilizing the electronic IEEE Copyright Form(eCF) (see IEEE Copyright Policy).

Step three
The submitted manuscript will be reviewed through a peer reviewing process to ensure its appropriate technical quality. The manuscript should clearly define the outlining concepts and original features of the work. Be certain to acknowledge previous works to distinguish your originality from them (papers will be checked against plagiarism using specialized software). After the review process is complete, the authors will be notified about the decision of the Conference Committee until 21 April 2023.

Step four
After paper acceptance, the final camera-ready manuscript submission will be done by 22 May 2023, by using the same TE-RE-RD 2023 Conference Management System, powered by Microsoft’s Conference Management Toolkit. For the final camera-ready paper, the reviewers’ comments received by a notification e-mail have to be taken into account. The English have to be carefully checked.

Authors should validate and convert their final Camera-Ready file into an IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF file using the IEEE PDF eXpress site

Warning: Any changes to the final Camera-Ready file should be done before performing the validation and conversion. Changes made after IEEE PDF eXpress site validation and conversion may invalidate IEEE Xplore-compatibility.

First-time users should do the following:

  1. Login to the IEEE PDF eXpress site
  2. If you haven’t used IEEE PDF eXpress before, click the button “Create account”. 
  3. Enter the following:
    1. 57396X for the Conference ID
    2. your email address
    3. a password
  4. After first login you must go to the Dashboard. (https://ieee-pdf-express.org/Home/Dashboard)
  5. Continue to enter information as prompted.
  6. Upload your .docx file to IEEE PDF eXpress and download the converted PDF version (in a couple of minutes). 
  7. Upload the IEEE PDF eXpress compatible file to the TE-RE-RD 2023 Conference Management System, powered by Microsoft’s Conference Management Toolkit.

 

Previous users of IEEE PDF eXpress or IEEE PDF eXpress Plus need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

Step five
Please do not forget that IEEE copyright (mandatory). This action must be done using TE-RE-RD 2023 Conference Management System, in the section Camera Ready. 

If the steps four and five are not accomplished, the paper(s) cannot be published! 

These steps are mandatory for including your papers in IEEE Xplore database!

Important!
The paper presentation at TE-RE-RD 2023 is HYBRID (online and onsite).
