The manuscript in A4 format (21 x 29,7 cm) should have 6 pages (and a minimum of 4 pages) in length and must conform to IEEE double column format according to the template. Submissions exceeding 6 pages will be over-charged.
Do NOT insert any headers, footers, or page numbers, and do NOT apply security settings to your PDF file. Template for papers is available below in DOC format. Violations of the paper template will not be accepted.
